19th Century French Officer’s Kepi

The velvet on this hate denotes that it belonged to an officer. The duckbilled peak indicates that it comes from the latter part of the 19th century. Probably an infantry cap, it sports the French rondel and has a black braided ribbon stitched in. In good condition.
